BUCKEYEFIRE CLUB PRICING AND OFFERING
CLUB TEAM LEVELS:
Nuclear:
This is our most demanding level. You must commit to 3 (two hour) practices per week. You will play a National level schedule and likely travel out of state during the season. You must commit to attending all 18-20 play dates. This level would be very difficult for a multisport athlete to meet its requirements. Our goal at this level is to produce a 'qualifying' team. Should we be successful post season play costs are divided among all rostered players. You would be required to attend, and in the event a conflict cannot be avoided, you remain responsible for your portion of the additional cost.

Fire:
This level remains demanding and will compete at the American Elite level. Our fire teams still play an aggressive schedule with 12-14 play dates. You are expected to attend practice 2 times a week (two hours each). You will travel out of state at least once, and at the older levels (15-18) likely twice. Our goal for our Fire program is to offer great competition and exposure for those wanting to play in college. The main difference is the fire level is a bit less demanding and a lower cost for our players.
ROSTER SIZE
Buckeyefire Volleyball focuses a great deal on your development and providing a 'drama free' positive experience. Our years of experience have produced a winning formula to providing both those things. The key to our success is not letting 'profit' dictate team roster sizes. While we are a small club with limited capacity for more teams, we are not going to increase roster sizes to produce more revenue. A team with too many players is a recipe for drama without a doubt. Players and parents will be disgruntled when playing time is limited. The coach will become frustrated as they are tasked to manage a large roster. This is NOT an experience you want to have in your JO career. Nothing replaces experienced coaches, maximum reps, and the most efficient use of limited practice time. Be sure to ask this question as there are clubs mandating FOURTEEN kids on a National team this season.
